SSTS Infrared Ireland have for over twenty years been selling Longwave Infrared heaters into commercial and domestic markets in Ireland and the UK. These heaters are used in a huge variety of applications from Spray Painting Shops to Therapy rooms and from Workshop/Warehouses to Club and Community Halls.
In 2004, legislation was introduced in the Republic of Ireland, which completely banned smoking in Pubs, Hotels and Restaurants. Smoking was also banned in all indoor workplaces. This meant that outdoor smoking areas proliferated throughout the entire hospitality sector as well as offices, factories, public buildings and other places where people worked.
Within two years of this, the PUBSUN IR Patio Heater has become the undisputed heater of choice for all of the above applications along with many more. So much so, that other countries who have since enacted similar laws have watched with interest the Irish experience, especially with regard to Heater performance. Accordingly, the PUBSUN IR is now exported to the UK. New Zealand, Spain, USA and many other countries.
